These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Break to Build website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Break to Build provides career coaching and consulting services for technology professionals, including:

• Career strategy sessions
• Resume and LinkedIn profile reviews
• Interview preparation
• Burnout recovery coaching

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete any agreed-upon assignments
• Communicate professionally and respectfully

3. Payment Terms

Fees

All services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services:

• Discovery calls are free of charge
• Strategy Starter sessions are non-refundable once booked
• Full Reset Coaching packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including worksheets, templates, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Break to Build and are licensed for your personal use only.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable guidance, Break to Build cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, job offers, or salary increases. Your success depends on many factors including your effort and market conditions.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, with the following exceptions:

• If required by law
• If we believe there is risk of harm to yourself or others

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Break to Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You violate these Terms
• There is abusive or unprofessional behavior
• Payment is not received

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
